The goings-on recently across the web as far as nsfw creators goes is really making me see the value in this site more than I already did, this place is becoming more of an oasis with each passing year.

Glad to see that you are viewing this site in a more positive light now and that you're trying to use it more often. With the way the internet is nowadays, the only good things that come from it are the ones that are either crowd-funded, have no advertisements (or at least try to not include them), not made purely for greed and obscure enough to where you will hear about it if someone brings it up or you find it out of chance.
Luckily Newgrounds fits all of the things I listed (at least when you compare it to most mainstream sites), not just for art, but also for games, videos, music, and many more. The users here do vary a lot, but most of them are good people if you manage to find the right crowd. Hope you stick around for all the cool stuff we do, because this site is only getting better within the years.
